Being Remarkable
In Business, Motivational, Official Blog, Workplace
Who doesn’t want to be remarkable? Every one desires attention and recognition. So how do we get it? First of all, we need to understand that being noticed and being remarkable are two different things. People often confuse between these two. If you run naked in streets you will definitely get noticed but you won’t be recognized. What I am saying that it is easy to pull off a stunt in public but it is not necessary that it will accomplish your goal. It is not useful. It is a lame strategy.
Being remarkable doesn’t mean you are remarkable to yourself. No not at all, it means being remarkable to the rest of the world. No one will remark you if you are average, the average is another term for losers. And there is no way a loser can get recognition. Try to understand the urgency of any situation and plan according to the situation. Urgency is the name of opportunity for you. If you do deliver what you promised or what you have been asked Congratulation! You are recognized. Understanding the concept of the deadline is very important. We all have goals: We want to matter. We want to be important. We want to have freedom and power to pursue our creative work. We want respect from our peers and recognition for our accomplishments. Not out of vanity or selfishness, but of an earnest desire to fulfill our personal potential.
Extremism is important. Extremism in the pursuit of recognition is not a sin. In fact, it’s the requirement. That is a necessity. Stars or celebrities are not recognized because they are good-looking but it’s because of their work. People will appreciate your work. Try to be known for your work. You will be known forever. It’s the glory that is remembered, not your face but your name that counts. Kindness is more important than wisdom, and the recognition of this is the beginning of wisdom. It doesn’t matter on which edge you are more than matters that you are at or beyond the edge. There is a big difference between a ‘high performer’ and a ‘high potential’. High performers are steady and are kept in their respective areas. High potentials are given new challenges and are seen as the future. Which are you? Define yourself. Self-analysis is the key to know your niche.
Be limitless. If you are limited to something then you are suppressing your caliber, your ability, your skill. Push your limits. Always remember that sky is my limit. Who has trouble finding a new gig? Not the remarkable minority, that’s for sure. You set your own standards of achievement. You know that you’ve done a good job (or not) and don’t need the verification or otherwise of those around you to tell you so. Yes, you will still enjoy receiving praise and recognition but it’s not going to dampen your motivation if you don’t get it. And a trait of your internal referencing is that you may set yourself exacting standards and put pressure on yourself to achieve perfection in your eyes. The trick is not to mess it up. Ultimately, I think it’s just going to get you that exposure, get you in that door, and get you that recognition that will hopefully get you opportunities. This is a very high form of recognition, but one slip and you’re off the radar once again.
We all work really hard, and we do it because we’re passionate. We don’t do it because we’re being rated. However, we’d all be remiss if we didn’t think that some kind of recognition for efforts and accomplishments didn’t make you feel good. If your niche is in a manual, and if it is the accepted wisdom, then it’s boring. It can be found in any book and it is not innovative. Try to be the trend. You may be remarkable today but if you do not re-invent or re-invest, you won’t last long. So don’t settle down on your laurels, you must work hard and keep going.  The only way to grow is to abandon your strategy of doing what you did yesterday, but better. Commit. Be the change you wish to see.

The dream should be your passion. Follow your passion, stay focused, chase your dream your passion and keep moving towards your goal. Never ever give up on your dreams. No matter what happens, how tough the situation is, never settle unless your dream is fulfilled. Â Let your dreams outgrow the shoe of your expectations.
The starting points of discovering who we are, our gifts, and our talents our dreams depend on being comfortable with ourselves. In order to know yourself, you should spend some time alone, take some long walks, see around, and improve your thinking. Take a leap of faith and start believing in yourself. Never set limits, go after your dreams, don’t be afraid to push the boundaries. The insecurity that’s always chasing you stands between you and your dream. Never let that insecurity consume you.
Every morning you will have two choices, either sleep with your dreams or get up and chase them. It’s very simple if you don’t go after what you want, you will never have it. You can go slow, allow your goals and dreams change, bur live an intentional life. If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working for it. To achieve great things be smart and work hard. You don’t know how strong you are until being strong is the only option left for you. You can dream in your comfort zone but to achieve your dream get rid of your comfort zone.
To live a life you imagined for yourself and your family you must follow your passion. Dreams come true. Without that possibility, nature would not incite us to have them. Believe in your dreams, no matter how impossible they seem. Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. Follow your heart and chase your dreams until you catch them. Negative people who say you can’t do something are only speaking for themselves.
We must always remember that our body is just a cloth wear by our soul. We do a lot for this body that our soul will leave one day eventually when we die. We must always remember we have nothing to lose. Let the mind be free from the illusion of distractions. Don’t try to rush the things that need time to grow. Open the floodgates to expose the truth of who you are. And that will be left is people who accept it. They are the real ones. Don’t be judgmental. Accept what you get. Always know that whatever happens for a good reason. Embrace your problems with a positive attitude and solve it. That’s mindfulness.

The true freedom lies when the mind is without fear. If a mind is without fear the barriers in the way won’t matter. The true inspiration of heart lies with the mind free from any compulsion. People should not get tired of working or become lazy to ignore their duties. Discipline is an essential element of freedom, without which it leads to chaos and disorders.

Optimism is a mental attitude reflecting a belief or hope that the outcome of some specific endeavor or outcomes in general, will be positive, favorable, and desirable. It is the feeling of being hopeful. A positive mind full of hope can change the course of time. All you have to do is believe in yourself.
Harness the power of positive mental states. Positive vibes are like the sails of the sailboat. They propel you towards your goals. They are the fuel to your efforts. It acts the way a phoenix rise from the ashes. No matter how hard the challenge is, no matter how broken you are, no matter how bad the competition is.. Be optimistic!!.
If you believe in yourself you will be unstoppable. I personally feel the best way to gain self-confidence is to do what you are afraid to do. Don’t think you are inferior. Don’t compare yourself with anyone. Everyone has their own individual qualities. There is no comparison between the sun and the moon, they both shine when it’s their time. A strong positive self-image is the best possible preparation for being successful. Be who you are. Never ever doubt your worth!!
“A tiger doesn’t lose sleep over the opinion of the sheep.†So be the tiger. Have a confidence that you can do everything on your own. Be independent!! Don’t bother what others think of you. If you believe what you are doing is right, then just keep going. Embrace yourself.
Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive good things will happen to you. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try one more time. Trust me every difficulty you face is an opportunity. It just depends how you react to it. Consider how you could leverage your strengths and apply lessons from past successes and experience.

Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they are yours. Pushing past your limits means taking on newer, progressively harder challenges. If you’re not challenging yourself to do bigger and better things on a regular basis, you’re only working within the confines of what you already can do. That’s a sure-fire way to stay exactly where you are and make little to no progress. Just that little bit of support encouraging you to keep going in the face of resistance can mean so much. Having someone on your side can counter-balance the negative thinking you might have. They can tell you to do more and push you into doing things outside of your comfort zone.

The more complex story reinforces that ‘’everyone on a team can be a leader’’. The most successful teams create chain reactions of leadership. Adaptation triggers long chains of further adaptations that ultimately solve seemingly impossible problems. Everyone has their different ways of doing this, whether it’s through rewards, allowing more freedom within job roles or getting stuck into the job alongside your employees. Each approach works differently for everyone, but each type of leader has taken time to figure out their style.
Courage is a fickle thing, but incredibly important in a great leader. A leader needs to be able to stand alone, and stand up for what they believe in. Having the courage to do what you believe will work is sometimes one of the hardest things to do. With courage also come determination and patience – the ability to hold firm and not succumb to negativity or the pressure to crumble, and the patience to keep going along a difficult road until they reach the end with their head held high, no matter what the outcome. You should be dedicated in what you believe. A leader is supposed to motivate his followers in a positive direction with a healthy mindset. Always remember that Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it’s the courage to continue pushing that counts. Courage is not having the strength to go on it is going on when you don’t have the strength. Courage is very important factor in leadership. It’s the will to stand against the tide, when the wind is against you and you have to sail in the opposite direction. A leader inspires his people to do the same. Always remember that fear is a reaction and courage is a decision. A great leader knows it and execute when needed. It is always easy to stand in a crowd but it takes courage to stand alone. If you overcome that stage the crowd will follow you eventually.
