A mind without fear

fre2The true freedom lies when the mind is without fear. If a mind is without fear the barriers in the way won’t matter. The true inspiration of heart lies with the mind free from any compulsion. People should not get tired of working or become lazy to ignore their duties. Discipline is an essential element of freedom, without which it leads to chaos and disorders.
Our mind is a funny thing. On the one hand, it’s awesome. But on the other, it can pulverize us more quickly and ruthlessly than anything else.
Our mind is inherently scared. That’s its job, to be cautious—to keep us alive, to have us cross roads safely and not get eaten by a lion. But left unchecked, it can become paralyzed with fear and meaner than a cornered crocodile.
The mind’s tendency to want to control is so strong and so habitual that we often don’t realize when it tries to push our inner wisdom and natural sense of ease and love aside.
The bad news is there is no book or course that will change the nature of our mind. The good news is that we don’t have to change it. The problem isn’t our mind but how we use it. Your mind wants facts. It likes making calculations, running the odds.
I thought there were rules more important than the deep desire not to do something. Rules like be a good friend, be a good student, go to lots of parties. Your mind doesn’t realize that saying “no” isn’t a big deal or even a medium deal. Or that your intuition is where wisdom lies.
The need for Logical Thinking and Reasoningfre3
The reasoning is thinking enlightened by logic. It can be defined more broadly so that it becomes equivalent to problem-solving or critical thinking, but it becomes a special kind of thinking worth separate discussion only when the logical component is stressed. Thus intuitive, imaginative, and trial-and-error thinking is eliminated, no matter how excellent the outcome of such activities may be. Reasoning or logical thinking is a much-wanted quality if we are to achieve something worthwhile overcoming the narrowness of our thoughts. Superstitious beliefs and dead habits are detrimental to progress. These pull down the creativity and enthusiasm which are necessary for a breakthrough invention or discovery.
Logic is a social invention, but it too has a long history of progressive refinement and transmission from one generation to the next, along with such cultural acquisitions as language and clothing. Hence, the reasoning that occurs today can be considered an adaptive natural function operating with cultural products that have been developed to fit the minds that use them
Freedom from Bondage of Prejudice
One needs to free himself from the prejudices which are like deserts that can dry up any stream of clear thoughts. Achieving something extraordinary or unusual requires broadening the narrowness of the mind. Rational thinking should guide the thoughts, and not age-old superstitions. Old and baseless beliefs should be scrutinized with the help of logic and rational thinking. Acquiring a scientific temper helps in getting rid of many superstitious beliefs. Many of these beliefs are unscientific and these divide the humanity instead of uniting them. It takes a lot of courage and initiative to stand up against the prejudices in society and to work for the upliftment of those affected by it. Despite these odds, being free also means bringing freedom to others. There are ample examples of those, including that of Mahatma Gandhi in South Africa and India, that unless a life free from all evils exists, people cannot enjoy their freedom. To enable others to have freedom, one needs to be fearless, truthful, and broad-minded. The faith in self can help you to get rid of those thoughts. Break your barriers.
‘Embrace the struggle and let it make you stronger, it won’t last forever’

Stop Being Judgmental
An open-hearted person frees himself from the narrow confines of ascribing motives to other’s action. We ourselves are responsible for creating our own destiny. Making others responsible for our shortcomings and failures means we are still under the influence of being controlled by others. Real freedom means being able to understand that no one can put us down, and it is up to us to make the best of the situation and life. No need to judge anybody. Be curious, not judgmental. Judging someone doesn’t define who they are. It defines who you are. You can’t judge someone’s story by the chapter you walk in. Every single soul in on the planet has a story. Don’t judge before you truly know their story. The truth might surprise you. It is unethical to judge someone’s choices without understanding their reasons.
‘The strongest person is not those who show their strength in front of the world, but those who fight and win battles those others do not know anything about.’

Freedom symbolizes the ultimate in the evolution of human thought free from any oppression or duress. It is a state of mind where one is free from any pressure to speak what he believes, his thoughts. Freedom is the most enchanting feeling in the world.

Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore wrote the poem “Where the mind is without fear and the held is held high’’ in the 20th century. It’s a prayer to the almighty for granting freedom to humanity from obsession.

Embrace Optimism

opt7Optimism is a mental attitude reflecting a belief or hope that the outcome of some specific endeavor or outcomes in general, will be positive, favorable, and desirable. It is the feeling of being hopeful. A positive mind full of hope can change the course of time. All you have to do is believe in yourself.
“I am an optimist, so I believe that no matter the situation, the best is almost always yet to come.”
The best is yet to come, but only if you put in the work. Only if you stay focused and true to your calling.
Only if you can continue to smile in the midst of adversity, Only if you don’t rest on the laurels of past successes. Have faith in yourself because the best is yet to come.
Optimism is The Power of Positivity

opt2Harness the power of positive mental states. Positive vibes are like the sails of the sailboat. They propel you towards your goals. They are the fuel to your efforts. It acts the way a phoenix rise from the ashes. No matter how hard the challenge is, no matter how broken you are, no matter how bad the competition is.. Be optimistic!!.
Optimists search for the cracks in the wall of the seemingly impossible. They do not shut their eyes and hope for the best.

Self-confidence plays a crucial role. Cultivate your confidence in your capabilities. It is the way of making your mind understands that you are capable of executing the plan. Not just those others can do it, but that you personally can. How can anybody else see how great you are if you can’t see it yourself. Life is ten percent of what you experience and ninety percent of how you respond to it.

“Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing” By Theodore Roosevelt.

opt3If you believe in yourself you will be unstoppable. I personally feel the best way to gain self-confidence is to do what you are afraid to do. Don’t think you are inferior. Don’t compare yourself with anyone. Everyone has their own individual qualities. There is no comparison between the sun and the moon, they both shine when it’s their time. A strong positive self-image is the best possible preparation for being successful. Be who you are. Never ever doubt your worth!!

When life puts you in difficult situations don’t say why me? Say try me!! That’s something is being optimistic. When nothing is sure everything is possible. Never underestimate your strength and never overestimate your weakness. An optimistic and a positive attitude is everything. No one can pull you down if you raise awareness to your own.
What the mind can conceive, and believe, and the heart desires, you can achieve.
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
opt4“A tiger doesn’t lose sleep over the opinion of the sheep.” So be the tiger. Have a confidence that you can do everything on your own. Be independent!! Don’t bother what others think of you. If you believe what you are doing is right, then just keep going. Embrace yourself.
A calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence.
Optimism is a foundation of courage. Courage is important for being optimistic. It doesn’t come from your comfort zone. Because courage doesn’t exist without fear.
The flower that blooms in adversity is the rarest and beautiful of all. So don’t be afraid of your weakness or problems or competition. To forge a blade it has to be put in the fire. To be strong you have to be weak. Great men are forged in fire. Trust yourself, trust your instincts, you know more than you think you do.
“Confidence is t the root of so many attractive qualities, a sense of humor, a sense of style, willingness to be who you are no matter what anyone else might think or say…’’ by Wentworth Miller

I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become

opt5Optimism is a happiness magnet. If you stay positive good things will happen to you. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try one more time. Trust me every difficulty you face is an opportunity. It just depends how you react to it. Consider how you could leverage your strengths and apply lessons from past successes and experience.
The mature person exerts a far greater sense of control and influence over his environment and is far less likely to be angry, upset, or distracted. Try to be neutral in every situation. Don’t get over excited in situations. Stay calm. The superior person has the ability to continue talking to him in a positive and optimistic way, keeping his mind calm, clear and completely under control. An optimist person is more mature and relaxed because the best is yet to come.

How to think logically?

logicl2The word logic is derived from a Greek word “Logos” meaning study reason or discourse.  Thinking logically means having justification for every possible reason for every step or decision you will make. Logical decision making is done the basis of facts with suitable reasoning rather than emotions. It is the process of making strategies with logic and executing them on the based plan. It is a process of being smart and thinking creatively. You should justify your thoughts with logic and enlighten your team. You should justify the strategies, actions, and decisions based on the facts you gather. The logic can help you to get a better understanding of any problem or situation. The logic is the science and art of correct thinking. The reasoning is thinking, speaking about something in rational and logical ways. It involves thinking and a thorough analysis of the problem. Logical thinking focuses on the improvement in the analytical skills. Analytical skill helps to do a thorough analysis of any problem or situation.

Deductive reasoning is a crucial phase of the Logical thinking process. Now the question in your mind is what is deductive reasoning? Well, the answer is pretty simple.

Deductive reasoning involves a thought process in which general principles guide individuals as they analyze specific phenomenon or take specific action. Simply it can be said that follow a rulebook for any circumstances.

One example of deductive reasoning is ‘Human Resources have identified public speaking skills as an important qualifier for a particular position. They decide to require candidates to make an oral presentation on a predetermined topic as a part of their second interview.’

Management is committed to professional development for staff members and mandates that a formal professional development plan is incorporated into all performance reviews.

Inductive reasoning is looking for a pattern or a trend and then generalizing it. When you generalize and extrapolate the information, you don’t know for sure if this trend will continue, but you assume it will. You, therefore, don’t know for sure that a conclusion based on inductive reasoning will be 100% true.

Abductive reasoning is the third form of logical reasoning and is somewhat similar to inductive reasoning. It was first introduced by the term “guessing” since conclusions are drawn here are based on probabilities. In abductive reasoning, it is presumed that the most plausible conclusion is also the correct one.

Unlike deductive and inductive reasoning, abductive reasoning is not commonly used for psychometric testing.

The logical thinking process involves taking the important ideas, facts, and conclusions involved in a problem and arranging them in a chain-like progression that takes on a meaning in and of it. To think logically is to think in steps. And justify your every step.

These points can come in handy to have a better understanding of Logical Thinking:

log2

  • It is a branch of philosophy that concern analysis of interference and arguments.
  • It is the use and study of valid reasoning.
  • A proper reasonable way of understanding something.
  • An interference involves forming a conclusion that is based on evidence
  • An argument consists of a conclusion and its supporting evidence.

Logical thinking is a process that involves moving from one related statement or thought to another. The purpose of logic is:

  • To attain clarity in our thoughts and validity in our process of interference.
  • Distinguish between good and bad reasoning and between correct and incorrect arguments.
  • To attain truth and validity in reasoning.

“To a great mind, nothing is little” By Sherlock Holmes.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle has mentioned in his book picturing the character Sherlock Holmes a flawless logical thinker.

What are the benefits of being logical?

The answer is quite useful. The following points will support my answer:

  • Supports the use of reasoning and power of the mind.
  • Helps to make them more dependable
  • We learn how to defend judgments with proper justification.
  • Using logic we bring our intellectual capacities to maturity and fruitfulness
  • And we learn to distinguish between good and bad arguments.

log3You must never lose touch with your inner stillness. To be sound and logical Eckhart Tolle said “When you lose touch with your inner stillness, you lose touch within yourself you lose in the world. Your innermost sense of self, of who you are is inseparable from stillness. I am that is deeper than your name and form.”

Training in logical thinking encourages learners to think for themselves, to question hypotheses, to develop alternative hypotheses, and to test those hypotheses against known facts. That is how you decide what logically right solution is. You should consider all the aspects before you execute your plan. Comparing hypotheses or assumptions with the actual fact needs logical understanding.

It has been proven that specific training in logical thinking processes can make people “smarter.” Logical thinking allows a child to reject quick answers, such as “I don’t know,” or “this is too difficult,” by empowering them to involve deeper into their thinking processes and understand better the methods used to arrive at a solution and even the solution itself.

Push Your Limits … Break The chains and Overcome Your Barriers

Push your limits

You will never know your limits until you push them. No one truly knows their limits until and unless they really go that far. Push yourself to your limit that is how you grow. The only thing stopping you from reaching your goals and dreams are your limits. It’s when you meet the limits that you feel resistance and things you want seem harder to achieve. There is a very popular quotation that is “NO PAIN NO GAIN”…b2

You must always remember that you will miss all the shots that you don’t take. Keep pushing, be persistent until something happens. Push yourself to the edge of your limit, which is how they expand. Life has got no remote. You have to get up and change it yourself. If you can push through the feeling of being scared, that feeling of taking a risk, really amazing thing can happen.  Fail to push past your limits and you’ll leave your dreams unrealized. It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves. The best views come from the hardest climbs.

How can you win without failing? It is often said that the failures are pillars of success.  If you remain tough on yourself I am damn sure that life will be much easier for you. You all have the potential to push the boundaries of what is expected or accepted. Dream big! Think big! Do big! Create the culture of empowerment. I personally believe that life truly begins at the end of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid if you don’t try. Always difficult roads lead to the beautiful destinations. Don’t choose the easy path, always choose the hard path because successful people always do so.

b3Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they are yours. Pushing past your limits means taking on newer, progressively harder challenges. If you’re not challenging yourself to do bigger and better things on a regular basis, you’re only working within the confines of what you already can do. That’s a sure-fire way to stay exactly where you are and make little to no progress. Just that little bit of support encouraging you to keep going in the face of resistance can mean so much. Having someone on your side can counter-balance the negative thinking you might have. They can tell you to do more and push you into doing things outside of your comfort zone.

“All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them”

This line is said by Walt Disney. It totally depends on our efforts how we plan to chase our dreams.

Motivation will always beat mere talents. A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others. Just remember that you can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pocket. We all face the series of Great Mind Blowing opportunities brilliantly disguised as Impossible Situations. Whatever your goals are, there are probably others who have had them and succeeded in reaching them. Look to them for clues on what they did to push past their limits on their way to success. You’ll probably find a lot of great information from examining the path they took.

Inspiration is the key. In spite of the various obstacles in your path if you are inspired or motivated to achieve your goal the obstacles won’t matter. Find something that inspires you to reach your goals. Whether it is a video, quote or thought that inspires you to succeed, it should be something that fills you with passion and drives to get things done. Inspiration can be a powerful motivational tool.b4

In order to reach your dreams or goals, you need to push your limits and past your comfort zone. There are no shortcuts. Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well. That’s been my personal motto for success in life. It’s my way of reminding me to constantly push myself and not settle for average.

When you’re facing your limits and you feel that resistance, it can seem hard to overcome. But just by pushing yourself a little harder, you can really accomplish your target. Whenever any such situation arises where nothing worst could happen more than this push a little more. Remember this if nothing can be worse than this then only good will happens eventually. Have faith don’t give up.  Don’t let limits stop you from doing anything.

Always make your total effort when you are against your odds.  Never settle, push yourself. You can talk on principle but walk on motivation. Keep in mind always your largest fear carries your greatest growth. Do not stop until it is done. We travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us.

Leadership A Quality to Success

Leadership is an inborn talent or quality that helps you to lead a group or organization or a country.

Leadership is the ability to adapt the setting so everyone feels empowered to contribute creatively to solving the problems. Leadership is adaptive, meaning that the leader makes adjustments. A leader who fails to adjust to the territory will lose their way. Only fools willingly follow someone who is lost.le2

Once Napoleon Bonaparte said “I am not afraid of the army of lions led by a sheep, but I am afraid of the army of sheep led by a lion”   A lion is a symbol of leadership. Here the words of Napoleon shows that an effective leader can draw best out of the worst and an inefficient leader can fail the best. Leadership means start pushing your limits, strive for the best and motivate or enhance your team their skills and lead from the front. Never give up in worst situations and overcome the problem. The glory will be all yours.

Leadership acts on people’s feelings, meaning a leader finds ways to link to people’s instinct or intuition. Leaders help everyone feel empowered, which in many organizations with bad histories is a leap of faith. If a leader can also provide concrete evidence that helps the empowerment, is wonderful. But evidence usually comes after the leadership actions produce the desired results.

le3The more complex story reinforces that ‘’everyone on a team can be a leader’’. The most successful teams create chain reactions of leadership. Adaptation triggers long chains of further adaptations that ultimately solve seemingly impossible problems. Everyone has their different ways of doing this, whether it’s through rewards, allowing more freedom within job roles or getting stuck into the job alongside your employees. Each approach works differently for everyone, but each type of leader has taken time to figure out their style.

le4Courage is a fickle thing, but incredibly important in a great leader. A leader needs to be able to stand alone, and stand up for what they believe in. Having the courage to do what you believe will work is sometimes one of the hardest things to do. With courage also come determination and patience – the ability to hold firm and not succumb to negativity or the pressure to crumble, and the patience to keep going along a difficult road until they reach the end with their head held high, no matter what the outcome. You should be dedicated in what you believe. A leader is supposed to motivate his followers in a positive direction with a healthy mindset. Always remember that Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it’s the courage to continue pushing that counts. Courage is not having the strength to go on it is going on when you don’t have the strength. Courage is very important factor in leadership. It’s the will to stand against the tide, when the wind is against you and you have to sail in the opposite direction. A leader inspires his people to do the same. Always remember that fear is a reaction and courage is a decision. A great leader knows it and execute when needed. It is always easy to stand in a crowd but it takes courage to stand alone. If you overcome that stage the crowd will follow you eventually.

A good leader will often command the attention of an entire room, sometimes without even speaking. This level of presence is not something you just possess from birth. It’s a quality that needs to be earned through the respect of your employees, working hard and being honest at every step of the journey. Presence is often the result of

le6

humility in a leader. Acting aloof or superior to employees is likely to cause dislike and disruption, resulting in a negative environment. Instead, a good leader can listen to their employees, talk on their level and gain their trust. All these events can lead to the creation of an aurora of positivity.

A great leader is a strong motivator. Off course the past cannot be changed but the future is yet in your hand. A leader always aims for the moon, if he misses he may hit a star. Everyone needs motivation at some point in time. A great leader makes sure that happens. A great leader always takes one step at a time, one punch at a time, one round at a time. He/she makes small goals and aim to achieve it with his team. A great leader knows that a great thing doesn’t happen from the comfort zone. One has to push his will and limits. A determination is very important along with dedication. People who attack your confidence and self-esteem are aware of your potential even if you are not. If you are dedicated to your goal and work hard nothing can stop you from reaching that point where you want to be.

Like others, it also focuses on the studies and subject part which is most important but the major difference is GURU also works on the behavioral part of the student (viz. speaking, responding, daily habits etc.) and works on the student personality development. It also provides career counseling to the student which is also one of the most important perspectives. It can be achieved by regularly interacting with the students about their vision and ambition, showing them the right way to think in the right direction, motivating them and many more things.

GURU is hiring teachers having some different way of teaching such as case study analysis to the students, GD’s (Group discussion), regular test (verbal as well as written), presentations etc. These topics are the most essential one as every student faces problem in such streams as these topics are not thought in their primary education (school level) but are very useful in further higher education.

So GURU can be said as an Initiated step taken to change the education scenario at primary level.

If you are also willing to take a step with this revolution in terms of Education, you are welcome to join us. If you want to contact GURU and avail the services, you can contact us on +91 939 967 2753 or can email us at hello@guru.ga.

“SELF DRIVING CARS” – Driverless experience

The autonomous car is a vehicle that can be capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input. Autonomous cars have control systems that are capable of analyzing sensory data to distinguish between different cars on the road, which is very useful in planning a path to the desired destination. Autonomous cars can detect surroundings using a variety of techniques such as radar, lidar, GPS, odometry, and computer vision.

Self-driving technology is awesome in all these categories. Google’s self-driving fleet, operated under its “Waymo” brand, is still in the testing phase.  Google plans to start small by deploying its multi-sized autonomous fleet in confined areas like college campuses, military bases, and corporate office parks.

Google get additional miles under its range before rolling out its self-driving cars onto city streets. Google has long pitched self-driving cars as a way to cut down on traffic deaths and as a tool for those who cannot drive.

Google’s making some of its own sensing hardware, in a matter to keep prices down. The goal is always the same reduce cost and complexity and increase profit.

Self-driving cars may not be able to drive everywhere a human-driven vehicle can, such as construction zones or lanes only for emergency vehicles.

The utmost advantage the people will have is the world with fewer accidents, fewer traffic deaths, greater energy efficiency, and lower insurance premiums. This is the world of autonomous driving. It brings mobility to people who lack easy or practical access to driving, such as the elderly and disabled. It also appeals to the lifestyles and virtues embraced by millennials, such as health, entertainment, and mindfulness.

Software Testing Trends Every Tester Should Follow

Software testing techniques and methods have changed a lot in the last decade. Inspired by the manufacturing process, software testing has acquired the waterfall approach to test for the quality, which involved step-by-step checks and case tests when the products are at user acceptance phase. This made the task a lot more difficult for manual testers as the amount of data to be processed to run all the test cases was too much.

The emergence of Agile and DevOps methodology by many business organizations insert the testing and checking process at an earlier phase of the process. Similarly, there had been considerable changes in Software Testing methods in past that needs to look forward in future.

So let’s check out the following testing trends which will transform the future prediction:-

1. A shift from QA to Quality Engineering

The world is changing continuously, and every now and then, there is a talk about new technology surfacing in the market. Quality Assurance (QA) follows a systematic waterfall approach for testing which is a step by step process, making it through but lengthy at the same time. Hence, QA is struggling to keep up with the changing dynamics in the testing field. QA can sometimes perform as a bottleneck to a complete flow of processes. As it follows a step-by-step test, the previous process needs to be completely done for the next to begin and beings a manual tester one can only look after this in detail. But with QA the amount of data and processes can easily pile up. With Quality Engineering one can introduce the testing and automation process earlier in the process rather than at the customer’s acceptance phase.

2. IoT

IoT (Internet of Things) is one of the fastest growing technologies in today’s world and IoT is the challenge for Test Automation. A complete web of things is interconnected with each other through the internet (still sounds like one of those sci-fi movies). The hardware is controlled by dedicated software which connects them to the internet and from there it connects to all other things. As great as it may sound, there are a number of vulnerabilities in the system. Hence, the products which are connected should be tested for functionality, quality, and most important security. As per HP reports, around 70 % of the systems connected to IoT are vulnerable to security-related issues.

3.Digital Transformation with Agile

Agile Methodology has been used for the last 17 years after it was discussed in Manifesto of Agile Software Development. This methodology promotes working with various small teams in collaboration and while doing these tasks & taking on a smaller amount of processes and makes a quick and continuous delivery. Modern practices based on Agile Manifesto can be really helpful with User Experiences (UX) work like planning, execution, and evaluation.

4. DevOps

DevOps is a term used for a particular set of rules or principles to reduce the amount of time from development to operations. DevOps is not particularly a new concept in business but its emergence in the technical field is quite recent and in the past 5 years, it has gained a tremendous amount of support from the business organization. In the coming years, more organizations are likely to adapt to these set of principles to improve their overall performances as its emphasis on Automation and Integration.

5. Time for Big Data Testing

We live in the golden age of technology, where the clients and users on various platforms upload terabytes of data and so managing such amount of data, it needs a unique approach for testing. Big Data Testing is a process which can be helpful for business to test such large amounts of data. The main aim is to test the data for quality to start with. Big data is a really large amount of datasets which can’t be processed by traditional computing techniques.

6. Bigger Market share for Mobile Users & Test Automation

Mobile is now one of the most important parts of an individuals’ life. Nowadays there is an app for everything where the number of devices, OS platforms, and software runs on a single app. Testing mobile applications is a much more complex task than testing websites and the number of updates, types of devices and software updates coming every day makes it even harder to keep up with. Hence cost and market readiness are really important in future, Mobile app testing automation can be really vital.

7. API and Micro Services Test Automation

Microservice is basically a method of developing software to specifically test for any particular conditions. Types of services can be generated and by establishing a connection between them, the whole task can be divided into parts. In this, each service is created in such a way that it can perform a particular set of processes. This gives you the freedom to make changes in any smaller specific area of the application which requires changes instead of changing the whole system.

8. Increasing Adoption of Open Source Tools

Open source tools are really beneficial for business and are going to play a vital role in future too. There are many advantages of using Open Source Tools other than the cost, as it is a free to use and available to the public. It can be easily customizable, is more flexible than some expensive proprietary stuff and it is open for public. Users do have a hand in designing so it really gives you the freedom to design the way you want and there are many integrations for your powerful Test Automation too. A debatable point could be that of security, as being available to the public is not actually a definition of secure but when it goes through more sets of eyes the chances of finding out the bug and fixing it increases.

These are all talks about the methods and principles of Software Testing, which can be really important in changing and speeding the process. This will result in faster updates, better user experience and further advancement to the next level of computing.
